MSD is using SAP Ariba’s solutions to negotiate legal contracts. You will receive an email notification from the system to review a legal contract with document attached. Once negotiations are complete, the agreement will be sent for signature via Ariba. You can sign the document with electronic Signature. If electronic Signature is not permitted in your country, please submit the contract with a wet signature (paper signatures).
