A Modernized Contracting Experience
To further improve how we work with our suppliers, MSD has introduced a new, modern contract lifecycle management (CLM) experience.
The new CLM experience will support:
• Digital contract reviews and negotiations in a centralized environment
• Clear visibility into contract status and next steps
• Secure, streamlined electronic execution
This evolution is focused on simplifying collaboration and reducing manual effort for both suppliers and MSD.
What This Means for Suppliers
We want suppliers to be informed and prepared, without requiring action at this time.
• Future invitations – eligible suppliers may be invited to use the new digital contract experience when it becomes available.
• Improved efficiency and transparency – the goal is a smoother, more predictable contracting journey.
Our intent is to make contracting easier and faster while strengthening collaboration with our supplier partners.
